Vivid Rage uses a business process engineering process that's been developed over many years and many engagements. Unlike many service organizations who seem to think their value is measure in how long they drag out the engagement, at Vivid Rage, we measure our success on how effectively we're able to improve your processes and how quickly we get it done. We consider time a significant component of the measure of our success.
The Vivid Rage Process
Step 1 - Engagement Verification: This is a remote web conference between the Vivid Rage engagement team and the stakeholders of the business process to frame the basic needs of the engagement. On this call we'll make sure we have a clear understanding of your goals and objectives.
Step 2 - Rapid Recon: Typically we spend between 1 and 4 days onsite interviewing a wide cross section of the stakeholders to uncover the minutiae that makes up the current process. The devil's in the details and we're very good at details.
Step 3 - Solution Storming: Often there's multiple solutions to a problem, so in our solution storming phase we work with your stakeholders to narrow down our recommendations into a cogent plan of action that we're confident we'll yield the business process improvements that everyone's success will be measured by. Warning: We are going to bring to the table a series of recommendations that you've never considered. It's what we do. It's why you hired us. We then work with the stakeholders to contextualize those unexpected recommendations and choose an appropriate course of action.
Step 4 - Deployment Planning: The final step in the process involves the creation of a deployment plan. Whether you use Vivid Rage to project manage and develop the solution, or you do it internally, our goal is to make sure you have a precise plan for rapid deployment success.
